Do you offer returns?

We will handle each request on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we will not do returns on earrings due to the nature of the product. However, if a product is damaged in transit, you may contact our shop for a repair or replacement; general wear and tear will not be included. 

How quickly do you ship? What are transit times?

Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping. Generally, typical transit time is 5-7 days with USPS First class and 2-3 days with USPS Priority. However, timeframes cannot be guaranteed. Processing time will vary if you place a custom order or preorder; generally, these will take slightly longer, 5 -10 business days, to ship. 

What if my package says it was delivered, but I never received it?

Please contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.​
