• Vendor Management: This includes recommendations, contract review, coordination assistance, and a day-of point of contact for up to four vendor categories (the venue and caterer must be booked prior).

• Design Assistance: We offer design recommendations, creative assistance, layout planning, and execution of your wedding vision. We also provide proofing for all printed materials to ensure cohesiveness.

• Logistics Management: We provide comprehensive logistics management, including checklists, timelines, and event orders. We ensure that all elements are seamlessly coordinated.

• Budget Management: Creation of your wedding budget, with optional ongoing management to keep everything on track.

• Accommodation & Transportation: Coordinate hotel room blocks and transportation logistics for your guests.

• Ceremony Coordination: Detailed planning and coordination of your wedding ceremony.

• Regular Check-Ins: Monthly check-ins and accessibility via in-person meetings, email, and phone to keep you updated and involved.

• Vendor Meetings: Attendance at key vendor meetings, confirming all final details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding day.

• Event Production: Day-of production and execution of your event timeline, ensuring every moment is perfectly timed.

• Setup & Tear Down: Oversee setup and tear down day of (decor provided by client and/or vendor, and tables/chairs provided by and set up/torn down by the venue).

Wedding Day Services:

• Logistics Management: Manage all wedding day logistics with an average of 16 hours of on-site support.

• Vendor Coordination: Primary point of contact for vendors, wedding party, family, and guests.

• Guest Assistance: Assist the family, wedding party, and guests as needed.

• Setup & Tear Down: Oversee the setup and tear down of decor and vendor items.

• Execution of Timeline: Ensure the event timeline is adhered to, coordinating key moments such as the ceremony processional, grand entrance, cake cutting, speeches, and dances.

• Catering Coordination: Work with caterers to confirm food timing and logistics, replenishing appetizers, desserts, and late-night snacks.

• Transportation Management: Ensure transportation runs on schedule and provide the final go-ahead for departure at the end of the evening.

• Post-Event Duties: Pack up client-provided decor, follow up with the venue for security deposit, and return rented vendor decor.

• Welcome Bag assembly and delivery

• Rehearsal the day prior

• Rehearsal dinner or welcome party coordination and attendance

• Day-after brunch or farewell coordination and attendance

Additional Travel Fees (if 25 miles outside of Fargo/Moorhead):

• Current IRS mileage rate

• Current IRS meal and incidental expenses rate

• Hotel accommodations

• Airplane tickets and rental car (if needed)
